Wafaa, a passionate traveler and creative director, brings her unique eye for design and deep love for local culture into every detail of The Lodge.
With a background in hotel management, operations, and project management, she shapes the space as more than a place to stay — a living hub for inspiration, movement, and connection.
Believing strongly in the power of movement and play, her journey as a skateboarder led her to become one of the first Moroccan women to represent the country internationally, including in the Tokyo Olympic qualification circuit.
Music is another essential layer of her expression, where she curates mellow DJ sets that echo the Lodge’s rhythm and atmosphere.
Through vision, creativity, and lived experience, Wafaa infuses The Lodge with authenticity, freedom, and soul.
The mastermind of Operations and guest experience, Youness oversees the day-to-day operations of The Lodge, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
He manages staff, guest flow, and on-site logistics with care and precision.
His presence guarantees a warm, organized, and seamless experience for both guests and the team.
Samuel brings his strong community spirit and global network into the heart of The Lodge.
Through his background in skateboarding, art, and visual storytelling, he connects artists, riders, and creative projects.
He supports and leads collaborations, helping The Lodge grow as a cultural hub rooted in authenticity and shared experiences.
